We feel our drop out chamber is failing prematurely and will need replaced soon. We would like an analysis done to characterize the failure ( thermal stress or true abrasion wear etc. ) Does anyone know who may perform this service? Also, what type of drop out chamber material is working well in the industry?

We are looking at modifying our shutdown strategy at AMD. If I can ask you, what is your planned and unplanned delay rates at your facility? And how often do you shutdown for maintenance on a monthly basis? 

What are the clamping pressures are you guys using to clamp your EAF electrodes? I know it can possibly be different based on electrode size.
